The invention relates to the technical field of lifting systems, in particular to an anti-swing system for a container crane, which comprises a lifting appliance, a variable-frequency adjusting mechanism, a pulley block, a steel wire rope group and a rope drum, the steel wire rope group comprises a first steel wire rope, a second steel wire rope, a third steel wire rope and a fourth steel wire rope; one ends of the first steel wire rope, the second steel wire rope, the third steel wire rope and the fourth steel wire rope are fixedly connected to the rope drum; compared with the prior art, the variable-frequency adjusting mechanism, the pulley block, the steel wire rope group and the rope drum are arranged on the lifting appliance, so that when the lifting appliance shakes, the variable-frequency adjusting mechanism can be used for driving the steel wire rope group to unwind or wind up the rope, and the purpose of stabilizing the lifting appliance can be achieved; by driving the variable-frequency adjusting mechanisms on the same side or the variable-frequency adjusting mechanisms at the diagonal positions, the lifting appliance or the lifted object can be translated or rotated to adjust the angle, so that the position of the lifting appliance or the lifted object is slightly adjusted, and the fine control effect of the lifting appliance or the lifted object is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及吊装系统技术领域,具体为一种用于集装箱起重机的防摇系统,包括吊具、变频调整机构、滑轮组、钢丝绳组和绳筒,所述钢丝绳组包括第一钢丝绳、第二钢丝绳、第三钢丝绳、第四钢丝绳,所述第一钢丝绳、第二钢丝绳、第三钢丝绳、第四钢丝绳的一端均固定连接在绳筒上;与现有技术相比,本发明通过在吊具上设置变频调整机构、滑轮组、钢丝绳组和绳筒,可以在吊具发生摇晃时,利用变频调整机构驱动钢丝绳组放绳或收绳操作,可以实现对吊具的减摇目的,通过驱动同侧的变频调整机构或者是对角位置的变频调整机构,可以让吊具或吊装物进行平移或转动调整角度,从而实现对吊具或吊装物位置的微动调整,大大提升吊具或吊装物的细微操控效果。
