The rigid anti-swing device comprises a rigid guide rod, a guide rod base, a guide rod outer cover, a lifting appliance and a clutch mechanism, the rigid guide rod penetrates through a hole in the center of a crane trolley, the guide rod base is installed at the bottom of the rigid guide rod, the bottom of the guide rod base is movably connected with the top of the lifting appliance, and the guide rod outer cover is arranged on the outer side of the guide rod base. The bottom of the guide rod outer cover is fixedly installed on the top of the lifting appliance, a center hole for the rigid guide rod to penetrate through is formed in the top of the guide rod outer cover, the radius of the center hole is larger than that of the rigid guide rod, and a clutch mechanism capable of controlling the guide rod base and the guide rod outer cover to be separated or pressed is arranged between the guide rod base and the guide rod outer cover. The rigid anti-swing device has a certain horizontal movement amount, the swing of the lifting appliance can be zero during lifting, the lifting work is reliable and stable, the impact force is effectively reduced, the alignment is accurate and rapid, and the operation efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种集装箱起重机的刚性防摇装置,包括刚性导杆、导杆底座、导杆外盖、吊具和离合机构,刚性导杆穿过起重机小车中心处的孔洞,刚性导杆底部安装有导杆底座,导杆底座底部与吊具顶部活动连接,导杆底座外侧设有导杆外盖,导杆外盖底部固定安装在吊具顶部,导杆外盖顶部开设有供刚性导杆穿过的中心孔,中心孔的半径大于刚性导杆的半径,导杆底座与导杆外盖之间设有可控制两者进行分离或压合的离合机构。该刚性防摇装置具备一定的水平活动量,在起升时可使吊具晃动为零,起吊工作可靠、平稳、有效削减冲击力、对位准确快速、作业效率高。
