The invention belongs to the field of reactors, and relates to a neutral point reactor body hoisting and pressing method, which comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a body hoisting and pressing tool comprising a cross beam with a cross structure, and arranging an inverted U-shaped steel plate and an oblong hole on the cross beam; the first thin nuts and the first thick nuts of the four long screws on the upper portion of the transformer body are detached, the positions of the second thick nuts and the second thin nuts are adjusted, and the third thin nuts and the third thick nuts are loosened; the inverted-U-shaped steel plate is used as a stress point hoisting tool, the cross beam and the upper long screw rod are reliably connected into a whole, and the whole hoisting device body is placed in a designated working area; a hydraulic cylinder is placed at the position, corresponding to the hydraulic cylinder mounting area, of the upper surface of the device body for pressing, and the device body is kept at a specific height after pressing; the transformer body is provided with a box cover, and the transformer body is placed in a neutral point reactor oil tank. According to the invention, a special tool is utilized, so that a neutral point reactor body is convenient to hoist, and each point of the reactor body is uniformly stressed when the reactor body is pressed.

    本发明属于电抗器领域,涉及中性点电抗器器身吊装和压服方法,包括以下步骤:制作器身吊装和压服工装,包括十字结构的横梁,横梁上设置倒U型钢板和长圆孔;拆除器身四根上部长螺杆的第一薄螺母和第一厚螺母,调整第二厚螺母和第二薄螺母的位置,松开第三薄螺母和第三厚螺母;将倒U型钢板作为受力点起吊工装,将横梁与上部长螺杆可靠连接成一体,整体起吊器身放置在指定的工作区域;在器身上表面对应液压气缸安装区域的位置放置液压气缸进行压服作业,压服后使器身保持在一个特定的高度;器身安装箱盖,将器身放置于中性点电抗器油箱内。本发明利用特殊工装,方便中性点电抗器器身起吊,使器身在压服时各点受力均匀。
