The pre-pressing multi-ton-bag hoisting device comprises a hoisting unit, the hoisting unit comprises I-shaped steel, lifting lugs are arranged in the centers of upper and lower wing plates of the I-shaped steel, and prefabricated screws are arranged on the surfaces of the wing plates on the two sides of the lifting lugs respectively; every two adjacent hoisting units are connected in the lateral direction or the opposite direction. The method has the beneficial effects that the number of pre-pressed ton bags hoisted by the crane is effectively increased by increasing the hoisting units in the opposite direction and the lateral direction and applying the hoisting units in a combined mode, the one-time multi-row and multi-bag stable and equidistant hoisting mode is achieved, the construction progress is greatly improved, the time cost and the labor cost are saved, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the hoisting units are in one-to-one correspondence with the pre-pressing ton bags, so that the situation that the steel wire ropes are mutually twisted during hoisting of the device is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种预压吨包多袋吊装装置,包括吊装单元,吊装单元包括工字钢,工字钢的上下翼板中央均设有吊耳,吊耳两侧的翼板表面分别设有一道预制螺杆;相邻两个吊装单元之间为侧向连接或对向连接。本发明的有益效果是:通过对向和侧向两个方向分别增加吊装单元,组合应用,有效提升吊机吊装预压吨包的数量,实现一次性多排多包稳定等距的吊装方式,大大地提高了施工进度,节约了时间成本和人工成本,且由于吊装单元和预压吨包一一对应,该装置在吊装时也不会出现钢丝绳相互绞绕的情况。
