The invention discloses a sea-land-air-diving quadriphibian multi-degree-of-freedom inspection unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a flight mechanism, a sinking and floating mechanism, a walking mechanism and an inspection mechanism, the flight mechanism comprises a center shell and a plurality of connecting arms fixedly connected to the peripheral side of the center shell, and the ends, away from the center shell, of the connecting arms are rotationally connected with side shells; a central rotor wing is rotationally arranged in the central shell; the sinking and floating mechanism comprises two floating barrels symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the center shell and further comprises an inflation and deflation assembly used for inflating or deflating the air bag. The walking mechanism is arranged below the buoy and is used for driving the inspection unmanned aerial vehicle to walk along the ground; and the inspection mechanism comprises an optical inspection system and an acoustic inspection system. The robot can work on land, in the air, on the water surface and under water, and meanwhile has the advantage of rapidly and safely passing through complex terrains, vertical terrains and narrow spaces or staying at specific positions.
