The invention discloses a low orbit (LEO) cubesat multi-satellite in-orbit automatic release system technology. According to the implementation method, the system is composed of a cylindrical structural body, a satellite bin, a slide way, an ejection mechanism, a release mechanism, a stop mechanism, a controller and other elements, as shown in the figure 1; and the outer cylindrical surface of the cylindrical structure is in movable fit with the inner cylindrical surface of the carrier rocket loading bin. When the carrier rocket flies to a predetermined orbit of the released cubesat, the cylindrical structural body is ejected into the orbit; the system controller is started, in-orbit parameters of the cylindrical structural body are measured, and the cubesat is released to enter an orbit according to a preset program; the cubic satellites are arranged in the satellite cabins, the number of the cubic satellites is four layers, the number of the satellite cabins is eight, each satellite cabin can be loaded with 15 standard cubic unit satellites, and the total number of the cubic unit satellites can be loaded with 120 cubic unit satellites, namely 120 U; the specifications of the cubesat can be 1U, 2U, 3U, 4U and 5U; the released cubesat is pushed by the catapult, pushed out along the slide way and released into the space orbit position through the release mechanism. The controller releases the rhythms of the satellites and is controlled by a preset sequence program, and can also be controlled by a ground satellite flight control center, so that one-rocket multi-satellite launching and accurate orbit injection in sequence are realized.
本发明公开了一种低轨道(LEO)立方体卫星多星在轨自动释放系统技术。实现方法是,本系统由圆柱形结构体、卫星仓、滑道、弹射机构、释放机构、止动机构和控制器等要素构成,如附图1所示;所述圆柱形结构体外圆柱面与运载火箭装载仓内圆柱面为动配合。在运载火箭飞临被释放立方体卫星预定运行轨道时,将圆柱结构体弹射入轨;本系统控制器启动,测定圆柱结构体在轨参数,按预设程序释放立方体卫星入轨;立方体卫星置于卫星仓内,共计4层8个卫星仓,每个卫星仓可以装载15个标准立方体单元卫星,合计可装载120个立方体单元卫星,即120U;立方体卫星规格可以是1U、2U、3U、4U、5U;被释放立方体卫星由弹射器推动,沿滑道推出,经释放机构释放进入空间轨道轨位;控制器释放各卫星节奏由预设顺序程序控制,也可以由地面卫星飞行控制中心控制,实现了一箭多星发射、按序准确入轨。
