The invention discloses a cubesat on-orbit deployment device, and belongs to the technical field of spaceflight. The device comprises a main frame assembly, a cabin door, a cabin door unlocking mechanism, a push plate assembly, a lateral pressing assembly and a cabin door pressing assembly, a shell of the main frame assembly is a square semi-closed body, and the cabin door is rotationally connected to the shell through a cabin door unfolding and locking assembly and can form a closed body with the shell; the cabin door unlocking mechanism is mounted outside the left frame; the push plate assembly is arranged in the shell, is connected to the bottom plate and is used for pushing out the cubesat; the lateral pressing assembly is arranged on the guide rail supporting frame at the upper right corner in the shell and used for laterally pressing the cubesat. The cabin door pressing assembly is fixedly installed on the inner side of the cabin door and used for pressing the cubesat in the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate. The device has the characteristics of high reliability, low separation angular velocity, ultrahigh vacuum environment unlocking, satellite lateral compression and the like.

    本发明公开了一种立方星在轨部署装置,属于航天技术领域。该装置包括:主框架组件、舱门、舱门解锁机构、推板组件、侧向压紧组件和舱门压紧组件,所述主框架组件壳体为方形的半封闭体,所述舱门通过舱门展开锁定组件转动连接在壳体上并能够与壳体形成封闭体;所述舱门解锁机构安装在所述左框架外部;所述推板组件布置在所述壳体内部并连接在底板上,用于推出立方星;所述侧向压紧组件布置在壳体内部右上角导轨支撑架上,用于侧向压紧立方星;所述舱门压紧组件安装固定在舱门内侧,用于对立方星在垂直于底板的方向进行压紧。该装置具有高可靠性、低分离角速度、超高真空环境解锁与具有卫星侧向压紧等特点。
