The invention provides a continuous impact suppression method for a mode switching process of a power split type hybrid power system. The continuous impact suppression method comprises an energy management layer and an impact suppression coordination control layer. The energy management layer decides the working mode of the hybrid power system according to the actual vehicle speed, the required torque of the power output end and the SOC state of the power battery; and based on the working mode and the power output end demand torque, the target demand torque of a TM driving motor and an ISG motor in the power split type hybrid power gearbox is decided. And the impact suppression coordination layer optimizes the actual transmission torque change slope of the power output end of the gearbox by adopting a motor torque redistribution control method based on power output end demand torque compensation or TM motor demand torque compensation. According to the method, the vehicle continuous impact phenomenon caused by improper power source torque coordination in the mode switching process of the power split type hybrid power system can be effectively reduced, and the smoothness of the mode switching process can be greatly improved.
本发明提出了一种功率分流式混合动力系统模式切换过程连续冲击抑制方法,包括能量管理层和冲击抑制协调控制层。能量管理层将根据实际车速、动力输出端需求转矩和动力电池SOC状态决策混合动力系统的工作模式;基于所述的工作模式和动力输出端需求转矩,决策功率分流式混合动力变速箱中TM驱动电机和ISG电机的目标需求转矩。冲击抑制协调层采用基于动力输出端需求转矩补偿或基于TM电机需求转矩补偿的电机转矩再分配控制方法对变速箱动力输出端实际传递转矩变化斜率进行优化。本发明可有效降低功率分流式混合动力系统模式切换过程中,因动力源转矩协调不当引发的车辆连续冲击现象,可大幅度提高模式切换过程平顺性。
