The invention relates to a hybrid power ship mode switching process fluctuation suppression method. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a hybrid power system numerical model; calculating an optimal control planning curve corresponding to the torque of the axle motor and the oil pressure of the clutch of the axle motor in a mode switching occurrence time period according to different mode switching initial physical conditions through a swarm intelligent optimization algorithm; arranging the control instructions into a mode switching process control instruction set; after a ship energy management system determines a mode switching intention, a mode switching process control instruction set is inquired according to physical parameters of initial conditions of a ship hybrid power system, and two groups of results controlled by an axle motor and an axle motor clutch are obtained through combination; instruction results are sent to a motor control unit and a clutch control unit respectively to control a shaft motor and a shaft motor clutch, and mode switching is completed after control reaches a specified value. The mode switching time, the power continuity of the tail shaft and the friction loss of the clutch can be ensured to be considered when the hybrid power mode of the ship is switched.

    本发明涉及一种混合动力船舶模式切换过程波动抑制方法,包括:建立混合动力系统数值模型;通过群体智能优化算法,针对不同模式切换初始物理条件,计算出模式切换发生时间段内对应轴带电机转矩、轴带电机离合器油压的最优控制规划曲线;并整理为模式切换过程控制指令集合;在船舶能量管理系统确定模式切换意图后,根据船舶混合动力系统初始条件的物理参数查询模式切换过程控制指令集合并得到轴带电机和轴带电机离合器控制的两组结果,将指令结果分别发送至电机控制单元和离合器控制单元控制轴带电机和轴带电机离合器,待控制达到指定值后完成模式切换。本发明可保证船舶混合动力模式切换时同时兼顾模式切换时间、艉轴动力连续性、离合器摩擦损失。
