Corresponding actions of the charging pile, voltage and current output information and vehicle end battery state information in the discharging process are collected in real time, and all the information collected by the charging pile is subjected to time marking; the message is received from the vehicle end; predicting the state of the vehicle end battery, and judging whether a predicted value or trend is consistent with the actual parameter change value or trend of the battery or not, or is within a certain error allowable range; if the conditions are met, continuously keeping discharging; otherwise, the charging pile actively reduces the output power and triggers early warning; and after each time of discharging is normally ended or abnormally ended, the collected data and analysis results are stored in a local historical file and reported to an operation and maintenance cloud platform. Potential faults and risks are prevented by monitoring and evaluating the state of the vehicle battery in real time, and the safety and efficiency of discharging operation are improved.
