The invention discloses a fault early warning method, a charging pile controller, a control system and a charging pile, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining first actual measurement data corresponding to the charging pile, and comparing the first actual measurement data with a fault early warning condition corresponding to at least one fault early warning type, the method comprises the following steps of: comparing first measured data with a fault early warning condition corresponding to at least one fault early warning type so as to evaluate whether the charging pile has a potential fault risk or not from fault early warning strips corresponding to different fault early warning types; if yes, determining that the target early warning type is a fault early warning type corresponding to the fault early warning condition, executing a fault early warning operation corresponding to the target early warning type to achieve the purpose of fault early warning, reducing the fault rate of the charging pile, obtaining second actual measurement data corresponding to the charging pile, and executing a fault protection operation when the second actual measurement data meets the fault protection condition. Therefore, fault processing is carried out in time, and the safety of the charging pile is improved.

    本发明公开了一种故障预警方法、充电桩控制器、控制系统及充电桩,包括:获取充电桩对应的第一实测数据,并将第一实测数据与至少一个故障预警类型对应的故障预警条件进行比较,以通过将第一实测数据与至少一个故障预警类型对应的故障预警条件进行比较,从而从不同的故障预警类型对应的故障预警条来评估充电桩是否存在潜在故障风险,在第一实测数据满足故障预警条件时,则确定目标预警类型为故障预警条件对应的故障预警类型,执行目标预警类型对应的故障预警操作,以达到故障预警的目的,降低充电桩故障率,并获取充电桩对应的第二实测数据,在第二实测数据满足故障保护条件时,执行故障保护操作,从而及时进行故障处理,提高充电桩的安全性。
