The elevator steel wire rope elongation detection method based on computer vision comprises the steps that a calibration plate is tightly attached to a counterweight buffer device, and a plurality of images of the counterweight buffer device containing the calibration plate are collected; preprocessing and perspective transformation are carried out on the image of the counterweight buffer device containing the calibration board, and a transformation matrix is recorded; the edge of the calibration plate in the preprocessed image is extracted, and the size conversion ratio is calculated; an elevator counterweight buffer distance image is collected and preprocessed; performing perspective transformation on the counterweight buffer distance image by using the transformation matrix; the top face edge of a counterweight collision plate and the bottom face edge of a counterweight buffer in the counterweight buffer distance image are extracted and subjected to binarization processing, and the actual counterweight buffer distance is calculated in combination with the size conversion ratio; and a fixed time period is selected to collect images to calculate the counterweight buffer distance, and the reduced counterweight buffer distance is recorded as the elongation of the elevator steel wire rope. The method solves the problems that an elevator steel wire rope elongation detection method is complex in operation, low in precision and high in cost.
本发明的一种基于计算机视觉的电梯钢丝绳伸长量检测方法,包括:将标定板紧贴对重缓冲装置,采集包含标定板的对重缓冲装置的多张图像;对包含标定板的对重缓冲装置的图像进行预处理和透视变换,记录变换矩阵;提取预处理后的图像中标定板的边缘,计算尺寸转换比率;采集电梯对重缓冲距图像并进行预处理;使用变换矩阵对对重缓冲距图像进行透视变换;提取对重缓冲距图像中对重撞板的顶面边缘和对重缓冲器的底面边缘并进行二值化处理,结合尺寸转换比率计算实际对重缓冲距;选取固定时间周期采集图像计算对重缓冲距,记录减少的对重缓冲距即为电梯钢丝绳伸长量。本发明方法解决了电梯钢丝绳伸长量检测方法存在操作复杂、精度低、成本高的问题。
