The device has the beneficial effects that the internal force of the central tower column and the floating foundation is greatly reduced, so that the steel consumption of the central tower column and the floating foundation is reduced, the cost per kilowatt-hour is reduced, the force transmission among the inhaul cables is smoother when the platform moves, the buoy is prevented from being damaged, the motion response of the platform is reduced, and the power generation efficiency of a fan is improved.

    本申请涉及一种张力腿式的自平衡漂浮平台及固定拖放安装方法,包括中央塔柱、刚性框架、多个浮筒、下平衡立柱、以及拉索系统和锚泊系统,其中:中央塔柱竖直设置在刚性框架上,多个浮筒为刚性框架提供浮力,拉索系统包括上周向拉索以及下周向拉索,上周向拉索和下周向拉索相互对应且互相平衡,锚泊系统包括框架式基座和张力筋腱,通过在刚性框架和基座之间设置临时支撑杆,以此为基础,可以进行湿拖、下放等操作,降低了施工难度。其效果是:大大减轻了中央塔柱和浮式基础的内力,从而减少中央塔柱和浮式基础的用钢量,降低度电成本,平台在运动时,各个拉索之间力的传递更为顺畅,避免浮筒破坏,降低了平台的运动应响,提高了风机的发电效率。
