A whole vehicle quality estimation method based on parameter self-adaption comprises the following steps: accessing a vehicle-mounted terminal into a vehicle-mounted diagnostic system OBD to obtain required vehicle operation data, and obtaining a continuous constant-speed or acceleration data segment which is larger than (n + 1) sampling periods; on the basis of the data fragments, the energy conservation principle is applied, and the whole vehicle mass and other related parameters in an acceleration or deceleration fragment are iteratively calculated; and continuously updating an iteration result, and finally storing and outputting the result. According to the invention, the vehicle-mounted terminal is connected to the OBD to obtain the vehicle operation data, so that the near real-time estimation of the quality of the whole vehicle can be realized, the dynamic change of the quality of the vehicle can be captured, the overload behavior of the vehicle can be effectively prevented and stopped in time, the supervision efficiency is improved, and the workload of the supervision department is reduced; the data acquisition is convenient, the data acquisition cost can be reduced, the dependence on vehicle related parameters and environmental parameters is reduced, the model transplantability is high, and popularization and application are facilitated.

    一种基于参数自适应的整车质量估计方法,使用车载终端接入车载诊断系统OBD获取所需的车辆运行数据,获取一段连续且大于n+1个采样周期的匀速或加速数据片段;基于数据片段,运用能量守恒原理,迭代计算一个加速或减速片段内的,整车质量以及其他相关参数;不断更新迭代结果,最后将结果进行储存并输出;本发明仅使用车载终端接入车载诊断系统(OBD)中获取的车辆运行数据,即可实现对整车质量的近实时估计,捕捉车辆质量的动态变化,从而有效预防和及时制止车辆超载行为,提升监管效能并减轻监管部门的工作负担;数据获取方面便利,可以降低数据获取成本,减少对车辆相关参数和环境参数的依赖性,模型可移植能力强,有利于推广应用。
