A driving shaft of a driving motor is in transmission connection with an input shaft, an input gear is mounted on the input shaft, and an input driven gear is meshed with the input gear; the intermediate shaft gear is meshed with the low-gear gear and is hollowly sleeved on the output shaft; the output shaft is connected with a shaft head of the input shaft, one end of the hollow shaft is connected with the planet row, and a large gear at the other end of the hollow shaft is meshed with an output shaft gear. The planet row is connected with a differential mechanism, the differential mechanism is connected with a left half shaft and a right half shaft, the left half shaft is connected with a left wheel, and the right half shaft penetrates through a hollow shaft to be connected with a right wheel; when middle-gear power transmission is carried out, the hollow shaft is sleeved with a middle-gear gear in an idling mode, the middle-gear gear is meshed with the low-gear gear, and a second sliding sleeve is installed on the side face of the middle-gear gear and connected with the hollow shaft. The first sliding sleeve and the second sliding sleeve move and are combined with the corresponding gears to conduct power transmission of a low gear, a middle gear and a high gear.
