The invention discloses a multi-gear electric drive axle in the technical field of electric automobile power systems. The multi-gear electric drive axle aims at solving the problem that in the prior art, the multi-gear function of a bias torque gearbox and a power takeoff are difficult to be compatible. The method comprises the steps that an output shaft is sleeved with a sleeve shaft, the installation space is saved, and a first gear and a sixth gear are arranged on the two sides of the output shaft respectively to balance the offset torque borne by an electric drive axle; the gearbox takes the sleeve shaft and the second intermediate shaft as torque input sources, and the gearbox realizes multi-gear driving output of the output shaft by regulating and controlling the two torque input sources; torque output of the motor is output to the power takeoff at a stable rotating speed through a fourth gear and a sixth gear and is output to the gearbox through the fourth gear and the sleeve shaft, and meanwhile torque is provided for the gearbox through a second middle shaft connected with the sixth gear in a torque transmission mode. The multi-gear function requirement of the gearbox is met through special torque transmission structure arrangement, and the problem of the bias torque of the electric drive axle is solved through the gravity of the power takeoff.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车动力系统技术领域的一种多挡电驱桥,旨在解决现有技术中电驱桥存在偏置力矩变速箱多档位功能与取力器之间难以兼容的问题。其包括:将输出轴套入套轴内,节省安装空间,依靠第一齿轮和第六齿轮分别在输出轴两侧的位置,平衡电驱桥承受的偏置力矩;变速箱以套轴和第二中间轴作为扭矩输入源,通过对两个扭矩输入源的调控,变速箱实现多档位驱动输出轴输出;电机的扭矩输出通过第四齿轮和第六齿轮向取力器稳定转速输出,通过第四齿轮与套轴向变速箱输出,同时还利用与第六齿轮传扭连接的第二中间轴向变速箱提供扭矩;进而通过特殊的传扭结构布置满足变速箱的多档位功能需求并利用取力器的重力解决了电驱桥偏置力矩的问题。
