The invention discloses a solid phase microextraction sampling ship which comprises a ship body, a mounting frame, a pressing plate, an extraction assembly and a lifting mechanism, the mounting frame is fixedly arranged on the ship body and comprises a fixing plate and a mounting plate which are transversely arranged, the pressing plate is slidably arranged between the fixing plate and the mounting plate, and a plurality of clamping grooves are concavely formed in the rear wall of the fixing plate at intervals; the multiple sets of extraction assemblies are arranged at intervals, each set of extraction assembly comprises a probe and a probe seat, the probe seats are clamped in the corresponding clamping grooves respectively, sleeves are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the probe seats, the bottoms of the probes are sequentially inserted into the probe seats and the sleeves in a sliding mode, the tops of the probes are fixedly connected with the pressing plate, and the lifting mechanism is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate. By means of the arrangement, the movable pressing plate is used for simultaneously pushing the probes to move to protrude out of the sleeve, multiple test samples are obtained through one-time extraction, time is saved, and the sampling efficiency is improved.
