The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting, in particular to a superlift counterweight luffing device and method applied to hoisting equipment. The amplitude changing device comprises a supporting rod assembly and a supporting rod driving piece. The first end of a first supporting rod is directly or indirectly connected with the rotary table. The first end of the second supporting rod is hinged to the second end of the first supporting rod, and the second end of the second supporting rod is directly or indirectly connected with the superlift counterweight device. The first end of the supporting rod driving piece is hinged to the second supporting rod. And under the condition that the supporting rod driving piece is located on the side, facing the ground, of the supporting rod assembly, the second end of the supporting rod driving piece is hinged to the rotary table or a lengthened rotary table arranged on the rotary table. The second end of the supporting rod driving part is hinged to the rotary table or the lengthened rotary table arranged on the rotary table, or the supporting rod driving part is arranged on the side, away from the ground, of the supporting rod assembly, so that the amplitude variation range of the superlift counterweight amplitude variation device applied to the hoisting equipment is enlarged; and the horizontal supporting force of the superlift counterweight luffing device applied to the hoisting equipment is also increased.

    本发明涉及起重技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用于起重设备的超起配重变幅装置及方法。变幅装置包括撑杆组件和撑杆驱动件,第一撑杆的第一端与转台直接或者间接连接;第二撑杆的第一端与第一撑杆的第二端铰接,第二撑杆的第二端与超起配重装置直接或者间接连接;撑杆驱动件的第一端与第二撑杆铰接;在撑杆驱动件位于撑杆组件朝向地面一侧的情况下,撑杆驱动件的第二端与转台或者设置于转台的加长转台铰接。通过将撑杆驱动件的第二端与转台或者设置于转台的加长转台铰接,或者将撑杆驱动件设置于撑杆组件背离地面的一侧,不仅增大了应用于起重设备的超起配重变幅装置的变幅范围,还增加了应用于起重设备的超起配重变幅装置的水平支撑力。
