    本发明提供了一种倒挂机器人翻转工装及方法,属于翻转工装领域。翻转工装为框架结构,框架结构的顶面和底面平行设置;在框架结构的一侧的上下两端,分别设置有第二回转座和第一回转座,第一回转座和第二回转座交替与回转底座旋转连接;在框架结构的另一侧设置有第一吊位和第二吊位,第一吊位设置在第二吊位的上方,在框架结构的底部设置有第三吊位。本发明结构和加工制作工艺简单,成本较低;兼容性强,在过渡板上不同位置打孔实现兼容多型号机器人;操作方便和便于维修;多用途,平时不翻转机器人时也可用来停放机器人;能够实现稳定翻转不会发生拖行,安全性较高;重量较轻方便运输,实现多地流动安装;方便吊运,避免机器人在运输时受到磕碰。
