The manual braking device comprises a braking structure and sawtooth-shaped rails, the sawtooth-shaped rails are arranged on the side walls of the two sides of an elevator shaft, the braking structure is arranged on an elevator car, and a lock cylinder pops up to complete clamping connection with the sawtooth-shaped rails during braking. Therefore, braking of the elevator car is achieved. Through the structural arrangement of the manual braking device, under the conditions that the elevator rapidly falls and the automatic braking device of the elevator fails, people in the lift car can stop the falling elevator emergently through the manual braking device, and the safety of the people is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种电梯的手动制动装置,所述手动制动装置包括:制动结构和锯齿型轨道,所述锯齿型轨道设置于电梯井两侧侧壁之上,所述制动结构设置于电梯轿厢之上,并在进行制动时弹出锁芯完成与锯齿型轨道的卡接,从而实现电梯轿厢的制动。通过本发明手动制动装置的结构设置,使得电梯在急速坠落并且电梯自动制动装置失灵的情况下,轿厢里面的人也可以通过手动的制动装置,紧急停止坠落的电梯保障人员的安全。
