The invention discloses a multi-robot flexible assembly system for assembling aircraft panel parts, the system comprises a robot pre-assembling station, a robot drilling and riveting station, a station switching shaft connecting the robot pre-assembling station and the robot drilling and riveting station, and a panel tool, the panel tool can arrange the aircraft panel parts on the panel tool and is installed on the station switching shaft, and the robot drilling and riveting station is connected with the robot pre-assembling station and the robot drilling and riveting station. Therefore, the moving mechanism moves between the two stations; the system further comprises a first group of assembling robots arranged on the robot preassembling station, a part positioning robot and a second group of assembling robots arranged on the robot drilling and riveting station, and the two groups of assembling robots can perform preassembling operation and drilling and riveting machining operation on aircraft panel parts located at the machining positions correspondingly. By means of the method, full-process flexible assembly of the aircraft panel can be achieved, the labor intensity and the manufacturing cost of aircraft panel assembly are reduced, the reliability and the stability of assembly are improved, and high quality and high efficiency of batch production of aircrafts are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种用于装配飞机壁板零部件的多机器人柔性装配系统,该系统包括机器人预装工位、机器人钻铆工位、连接二者的工位切换轴以及壁板工装,其中,壁板工装能够在其上布置飞机壁板零部件并被安装于工位切换轴上,从而在两个工位之间移动;该系统还包括布置于机器人预装工位上的第一组装配机器人、零部件定位机器人以及布置于机器人钻铆工位上的第二组装配机器人,两组装配机器人分别能够对处于加工位置的飞机壁板零部件执行预装操作以及执行钻铆加工操作。本发明能够有助于实现飞机壁板的全流程柔性装配,并降低飞机壁板装配的劳动强度及制造成本,提升装配的可靠性与稳定性,保障飞机批产的高质量和高效率。
