The invention discloses a range extender noise control method and system based on user driving habits, and belongs to the technical field of automobile noise control. The control method and system identify the common vehicle speed of a user and the corresponding acceleration based on big data, obtain the common power demand of a whole automobile based on the common vehicle speed and the corresponding acceleration, and analyze the characteristics of a battery to obtain the power demand of the whole automobile; the power required to be provided by the range extender is further obtained; further performing covering test and evaluation on noise of the range extender by background noise to obtain a working rotating speed of the range extender at a common vehicle speed; if the whole vehicle has the resonance roaring problem in a certain rotating speed section, the power section is set to be p-p + 1 in the rotating speed section, so that the usable power range in the rotating speed section is very small, the rotating speed is ensured not to stay, and the whole vehicle quickly passes through a resonance area; and finally, determining the power generation working state of the range extender by determining the power and the rotating speed, so as to achieve the range extender noise control based on the driving habits of the user.

    本发明公开了一种基于用户驾驶习惯的增程器噪声控制方法及系统,属于汽车噪声控制技术领域,该控制方法及系统基于大数据识别用户常用车速以及对应的加速度,并基于此得到整车常用的功率需求,通过对电池特性的分析,进一步得到增程器需要提供的功率;进一步通过背景噪声对增程器噪声的掩盖测试及评价,得到常用车速下,增程器的工作转速;如整车出现某一转速段共振轰鸣问题,在此转速区间,设定功率区间为p‑p+1,这样就使此转速区间可使用的功率范围很小,保证了转速不会停留,快速通过共振区;最后通过以上功率、转速的确定,最终确定增程器发电工作状态,以达到基于用户驾驶习惯的增程器噪声控制。
