The invention provides a power distribution network power regulation and control method and system based on charging station power aggregation, and is applied to the technical field of electric vehicle aggregation. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring charging power data of a target charging station in a current scheduling period; for the target charging station, charging condition prediction is carried out based on historical charging related data, and mobile vehicle data and vehicle charging conditions of the next scheduling period are obtained; performing power aggregation on the target charging station based on the flowing vehicle data and the vehicle charging condition in the next scheduling period to obtain the aggregation power of the target charging station in the next scheduling period; determining charging power data of the target charging station in the next scheduling period based on a power association relationship between the current scheduling period and the next scheduling period of the target charging station; and determining a power adjustment range of the next scheduling period based on the charging power data of the next scheduling period, and then carrying out power regulation and control on the power distribution network in the next scheduling period. According to the invention, the problem of low operation regulation and control accuracy of the power distribution network in which the electric vehicle accesses the network is solved.

    本发明提供一种基于充电站功率聚合的配电网功率调控方法及系统,应用于电动汽车聚合技术领域。方法包括:获取目标充电站当前调度期内的充电功率数据;针对目标充电站,基于历史充电相关数据进行充电情况预测,获得下一调度期的流动车辆数据及车辆充电情况;基于下一调度期的流动车辆数据及车辆充电情况对目标充电站进行功率聚合,获得下一调度期目标充电站的聚合功率;基于目标充电站在当前调度期与下一调度期之间的功率关联关系,确定下一调度期目标充电站的充电功率数据;基于下一调度期的充电功率数据确定下一调度期的功率调节范围,再进行下一调度期内配电网的功率调控。本发明解决了电动汽车入网的配电网运行的调控准确度低的问题。
