The invention discloses a battery swap station group charging system power distribution method, which comprises the following steps: S1, determining the model of a battery in a group charging system, and obtaining a charging current according to the capacity of the battery and the charging current characteristics in different SOC stages; s2, determining the number of batteries in the battery replacement station to be N, and determining the time interval of replacing the batteries every time to be Ts; when the battery is replaced, the compartment where the battery is located is not charged; s3, determining the battery replacement sequence 1 to N of the batteries, starting charging of the batteries in the battery replacement station in sequence from 1 to N according to the replacement sequence, and determining a starting time interval; s4, in the case of continuous battery replacement, finding the maximum value of the charging current and defining the maximum value as the maximum current demand; s5, obtaining the number of modules according to the maximum current demand and the maximum output current of the single AC/DC module under the rated voltage of the battery; and S6, according to the number of the AC/DC modules, configuring a corresponding DC contactor matrix so as to realize continuous charging of the N battery packs in the battery swap station by DC group charging matched with the power requirement.

    本发明公开了一种换电站群充系统功率分配方法,步骤如下:S1.确定群充系统中的电池型号,根据电池的容量和在不同SOC阶段下的充电电流特性,得到充电电流;S2.确定换电站内的电池数量为N个,以及每次更换电池的时间间隔为Ts;电池在更换的时候该电池所在的仓位不充电;S3.确定电池的换电顺序1到N,换电站内的电池按照更换的顺序从1到N依次启动充电,确定启动时间间隔;S4.在连续换电的情况下,找到充电电流的最大值并定义为最大电流需求;S5.根据最大电流需求以及单个AC/DC模块在该电池额定电压下的最大输出电流,得到模块数量;S6.根据AC/DC模块数量,配置相应的直流接触器矩阵,以实现匹配功率需求的直流群充对换电站内N个电池包的连续充电。
