The invention relates to an ashore mounting method for a center current collector of a large-scale full-circle slewing crane. The ashore mounting method is characterized by comprising the following specific mounting methods: S1, setting external field fixing points; s2, hoisting of the lower cylinder body; s3, preassembling the center current collector; s4, deck surface folding; s5, hoisting the connecting pipe; s6, folding the rotary chassis; s7, connecting a connecting pipe; the central current collector is mounted in a split manner by adopting a sectional structure; part of the structure is fixed in the lower cylinder body in advance, and installation of the base and the center current collector body is completed when the lower cylinder body and a deck are closed; before the rotary chassis is closed, the connecting pipe is hoisted into the rotary chassis to be pre-fixed; after the rotary chassis is installed, the connecting pipe and the central current collector are connected and installed; the mode of assembling the center current collector in a sectional mode is matched with the chassis assembly of the whole slewing crane, so that the assembly efficiency and safety of the center current collector are greatly improved, and the operation is easier.

    本发明涉及一种大型全回转起重机中心集电器岸上安装方法,其特征在于:具体安装方法如下:S1:外场固定点设置;S2:下筒体的起吊;S3:中心集电器的预装;S4:甲板面合拢;S5:连接管的吊装;S6:回转底盘的合拢;S7:连接管的连接;通过将中心集电器采用分段式的结构进行分体安装;先将部分结构预先固定在下筒体内,与甲板合拢时完成底座与中心集电器主体的安装;在回转底盘合拢之前将连接管吊入内部预固定;回转底盘安装好后,再将连接管与中心集电器进行连接安装;这种分段式装配中心集电器的方式配合整个回转起重机的底盘装配,极大了提高了中心集电器装配效率和安全性,操作更加容易。
