The invention provides a hoisting device and an electrolysis system.The device comprises a hanging bracket mechanism, the hanging bracket mechanism comprises a hanging bracket frame, a steering component and a plurality of hanging hooks, the multiple hanging hooks are rotatably arranged relative to the hanging bracket frame, and the steering component is connected with the multiple hanging hooks; the steering component is used for driving the plurality of lifting hooks to rotate around the axial direction, so that the plurality of lifting hooks are switched between a lifting state and a non-lifting state; the lifting mechanism is used for driving the hanging bracket mechanism to lift; the balance mechanism is connected with the hanging bracket frame, and the balance mechanism is used for being compressed or stretched along with lifting of the hanging bracket mechanism so as to stabilize the hanging bracket mechanism. According to the lifting device, the lifting frame can be always kept stable in the lifting process, then rapid positioning and stable lifting of the lifting frame mechanism are achieved, and the lifting operation efficiency is improved.
