The invention provides an eccentric hoisting method, an eccentric hoisting device and an eccentric hoisting system. The eccentric hoisting method comprises the following steps: a determination step: determining the number of hoists to be three; setting and measuring: setting a first lifting hook and a second lifting hook to be positioned on one side of the steel structural member and a third lifting hook to be positioned on the other side of the steel structural member; the distance between the first lifting hook and the center line of the crane is measured as l4, the distance between the second lifting hook and the center line of the crane is measured as l3, and l4 is equal to l3; measuring the distance L4 from the gravity center line of the steel structural member to the first lifting hook in the first direction, and measuring the distance L3 from the gravity center line of the steel structural member to the second lifting hook in the first direction; a judgment step: judging if L4gt; l4 or L3gt; l3; and a calculation step: calculating the stress of the first lifting hook, the stress of the second lifting hook and the stress of the third lifting hook. The steel structural part can be smoothly hoisted when the distance between the center line of the crane and the gravity center line of the steel structural part has a certain deviation.
