The invention provides a hoisting method of an ultra-large irregular eccentric heavy object, which is characterized in that two lifting hooks are used for hoisting the irregular eccentric heavy object, the upper surface of the irregular eccentric heavy object is provided with a lifting point, and the connecting line of the four lifting points forms a quadrangle to surround the vertical projection point of the two lifting hooks; eight steel wire ropes are arranged, each lifting point is provided with two steel wire ropes, and the two steel wire ropes are respectively connected with the two lifting hooks, so that the weight of each lifting point is uniformly distributed to the two lifting hooks, trim can be reduced or eliminated by combining fine adjustment of the lifting hooks, and the expectation of lifting stability is met by mutual traction of the plurality of steel wire ropes. The method is beneficial to hoisting of irregular eccentric heavy objects and hoisting of special objects in various shapes, the stress difference of the steel wire rope and the hoisting hook can be greatly reduced, the hoisting capacity of hoisting equipment is exerted to the maximum extent, the limitation of the environment on hoisting operation is reduced and eradicated, and the hoisting safety, stability and economical efficiency are improved.

    本发明提供一种超大型不规则偏心重物的吊装方法,该吊装方法利用两个吊钩对不规则偏心重物进行起吊,不规则偏心重物的上表面设置个吊点,4个吊点的连线呈四边形围住两个吊钩的竖直投影点;通过设置八根钢丝绳,每个吊点均分配两根钢丝绳,两根钢丝绳又分别与两个吊钩连接,从而将每个吊点的重量均衡分配至两个吊钩,结合对吊钩的微调,可以减小或者消除纵倾,且多条钢丝绳之间相互牵制,从而满足吊装稳定性的预期。本发明的方法不仅有益于不规则偏心重物的吊装,同时有益于各类形状特殊物体的吊装,可大幅降低钢丝绳以及吊钩受力差异,最大的发挥起吊设备的起吊能力,减少和杜绝环境对吊装作业的限制,提高吊装的安全性、稳定性和经济性。
