The invention discloses a novel construction method for hoisting an irregular component by using a hoisting beam, which comprises the following steps of: mounting winches on the hoisting beam, and enabling the positions of the winches to be in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of hoisting lugs on the hoisted component in the vertical direction; and a winch is correspondingly connected with the lifting lug, and a crane is connected with the lifting beam. And the hoisted component is lifted, and the space angle of the hoisted component is adjusted, so that the hoisted component reaches the specified position and is located at the set space angle. And the hoisted component is fixed. The hoisting beam is hoisted through a single crane, space angle adjustment and hoisting in-place of the hoisted component are carried out through the four winches on the hoisting beam, the installation problem caused by the space angle of the large special-shaped component in the limited space is solved, and rapid in-place installation of the large special-shaped component in the limited space is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种新型吊梁对不规则构件吊装的施工方法,包括以下步骤:将卷扬机安装在吊梁上,使卷扬机的位置与被吊装构件上吊耳的位置在竖向上一一对应。将卷扬机与吊耳对应连接,将吊车与吊梁连接。起升被吊装构件,并调整被吊装构件的空间角度,使被吊装构件达到规定位置并处于设定空间角度。将被吊装构件固定。本发明通过单台吊车吊起吊梁,通过吊梁上的四台卷扬机进行被吊装构件的空间角度调整及吊装就位,解决了受限空间内大型异形构件因空间角度造成的安装难题,实现了受限空间内大型异形构件的快速就位安装。
