The hoisting device comprises a steel wire rope, a balance beam, a chain block, a hoisting platform, a long cantilever plate, a lifting lug, a handrail and a lifting ring, the steel wire rope is used for bearing the weight of the hoisting platform and hanging the hoisting platform so that the hoisting platform can be moved conveniently, and the balance beam is used for keeping balance of the hoisting platform. The chain block is used for adjusting the levelness of the hoisting platform during hanging, the hoisting platform is used for bearing constructors or articles and meanwhile used for installing and fixing the long bridging plate, the lifting lug and the handrail, the long bridging plate is used for being in lap joint with a target floor plate, the lifting lug is used for rapidly hanging or detaching the hoisting platform, and the handrail is used for preventing the constructors or the articles from falling off. And when the lifting machine pulls the lifting steel wire rope to drive the lifting platform to be suspended in the air, balance is kept under the action of the balance beam until the lifting platform is lifted to a target floor, the lifting platform is in lap joint with the floor through the long bridging plate, and then the levelness of the lifting platform is adjusted through the chain block for construction.
