The invention relates to a hoisting method for adjusting a random hoisting angle of a prefabricated oblique component. The method comprises the steps that: Step 1: the length and model selection of asling and a chain block are determined; Step 2: different hoisting forms are selected, the sling and the chain block are assembled, and a hook of a crane and a heavy object hoisting point are connected; Step 3: the length of the sling is regulated by manually adjusting the length of the chain block, so the hoisting angle of the oblique component is regulated; Step 4: when the oblique component ishoisted to above an installation position point, the component is slowly descended to avoid impact with an adjacent component, the bottom of the oblique component is first in contact with the installation position point, and the hook is slowly loosened so the upper part of the oblique component is slowly touching an origin of force; and Step 5: after the oblique component is installed and adjustedin place, the hook is loosened, the sling at the hoisting positions at two ends of the heavy object and the chain block hook are unloaded, and hoisting of a next component is conducted. The hoistingmethod is applicable to hoisting-angle-adjustable hoisting methods of prefabricated oblique components of different inclination angles and different lengths.
本发明涉及一种可调预制斜向构件任意起吊角度的吊装方法,步骤一:确定吊索和手拉葫芦长度和选型;步骤二:选择不同的吊装形式、组装吊索和手拉葫芦,连接起重机吊钩、重物起吊点;步骤三:通过人工调整手拉葫芦长度来调节吊索长度,调节斜向构件起吊角度;步骤四:当斜向构件吊至安装就位点上方时,缓慢降落构件,避免和相邻构件发生碰撞,使斜向构件底部先接触安装就位点,再缓慢松吊钩,使斜向构件上部也缓慢接触着力点;步骤五:待斜向构件安装调整就位后,再松吊钩,卸下重物两端起吊点吊索和手拉葫芦吊钩,重复下一构件吊装;本发明可以适用预制斜向构件不同倾斜角度、不同构件长度的可调式起吊角度吊装方法。
