The invention relates to a precast concrete component hoisting structure which comprises a fixed anchor plate, a steel strand and a protective structure, a plurality of through hole groups are formed in the fixed anchor plate, each through hole group comprises two through holes, and the fixed anchor plate is embedded in a precast concrete component in advance; the number of strands of the steel strands is the same as the number of the through hole groups of the fixed anchor plate, the two ends of each steel strand penetrate through two through holes of the corresponding through hole group and are connected with the corresponding extrusion anchor in a matched mode so that the two ends of each steel strand can be anchored to the fixed anchor plate, and a U-shaped hanging ring structure is formed in the bent position of each steel strand and located outside the top face of the concrete prefabricated part; the protection structure is sleeved outside the U-shaped lifting ring structure; after the hoisting structure of the precast concrete component is hoisted and cut, the rest part can be completely reserved in the precast concrete component without external leakage, the hoisting hole does not need to be additionally processed, the compactness of concrete is ensured, and a series of appearance quality problems possibly caused by processing of the hoisting hole are also avoided.

    本发明涉及一种混凝土预制构件起吊结构,包括固定锚板、钢绞线以及防护结构,固定锚板上设置多个通孔组,每个通孔组包括两个通孔,固定锚板预先埋入混凝土预制构件中;钢绞线的股数与固定锚板的通孔组的数量相同,钢绞线的两端分别穿过通孔组的两个通孔并与挤压锚配合连接,以使钢绞线的两端锚定于固定锚板,钢绞线的折弯处形成U形吊环结构并位于混凝土预制构件的顶面外;防护结构套设于U形吊环结构外;上述混凝土预制构件起吊结构在吊装完成并进行切割后其余部分可以完整保留在混凝土预制构件内,无外漏,无需额外处理吊装孔,保证了混凝土的密实性,也避免了因为吊装孔处理可能引发的一系列外观质量问题。
