The invention relates to the technical field of steam turbine rotor hoisting, and discloses a steam turbine rotor hoisting mechanism capable of realizing different spans, the steam turbine rotor hoisting mechanism comprises a bearing cylinder, two bearing columns are slidably connected between the inner walls of the two sides of the bearing cylinder, and two supporting plates are fixedly connected between the inner walls of the multiple sides of the bearing cylinder; and driven screw rods are rotationally inserted into one sides of the two supporting plates correspondingly. Through the design that the driven screw rod drives the bearing columns to slide in the bearing cylinder, the distance between the two bearing columns can be adjusted according to the length of the steam turbine rotor so as to ensure that the bearing columns are aligned with the steam turbine rotors of different specifications, and through the design of the rope releasing assembly, a bundle rope is convenient to install; the bearing disc can be shielded and limited by the closed center shell and the side cover so as to prevent the binding rope from loosening on the bearing disc, and the binding rope can be taken down when the side cover is opened, so that the binding rope can be wound on the steam turbine rotor conveniently, and meanwhile, the binding rope can be replaced conveniently.

    本发明涉及汽轮机转子起吊技术领域,且公开了一种可实现不同跨距的汽轮机转子起吊机构,包括承载筒,所述承载筒的两侧内壁之间滑动连接有两个承载柱,承载筒的多侧内壁之间固定连接有两个支撑板,两个支撑板的一侧分别转动插接有从动螺杆。本发明通过从动螺杆带动承载柱在承载筒内滑动的设计,可以根据汽轮机转子的长度,对两个承载柱之间的距离进行调整,以保障承载柱与不同规格汽轮机转子的对准,而通过放绳组件的设计方便束绳的安设,由封闭的中心壳和侧罩可以对承载盘进行遮挡、限位,以避免束绳会在承载盘上松脱,而打开侧罩的话,则可以将束绳取下,不仅方便束绳在汽轮机转子上的绕接,同时方便束绳的更换。
