The invention discloses a multipurpose steam turbine rotor hoisting tool which comprises a cross beam and two bolt pulley assemblies symmetrically installed on hole sites on the left side and the right side of the cross beam, and the two bolt pulley assemblies are provided with pulley blocks on the front sides and/or the rear sides of the installation hole sites. The two bolt pulley assemblies are provided with at least one steel wire rope buckled with a crane hook and at least one hanging belt connected with the hoisting position of a steam turbine rotor in a sleeved mode on the respective pulley blocks. The use method of the tool comprises the following steps: step 1, selecting a mounting position; 2, bolt pulley assemblies are installed on the two sides of the cross beam; and 3, mounting a steel wire rope on the cross beam and carrying out hoisting operation by using a travelling crane. The cross beam is provided with a plurality of holes, so that the rotor lifting tool can be used on steam turbine types under various spans, the design and manufacturing cost of steam turbine manufacturers is reduced, and the tool is diversified in use and can be produced in batches, so that the production cost can be effectively reduced, the economic benefit can be improved, and the innovation of production design can be promoted.

    本发明公开了一种多用汽轮机吊转子工具,包括横梁和在横梁左右两侧孔位对称安装的两个螺栓滑轮组件,两个螺栓滑轮组件在安装孔位前侧和/或后侧安装有滑轮组,两个螺栓滑轮组件均在各自的滑轮组上配置有至少一条与行车挂钩扣合的钢丝绳以及至少一条与汽轮机转子起吊位置套接的吊带。该工具的使用方法包括:步骤1、选择安装位置;步骤2、在横梁两侧安装螺栓滑轮组件;步骤3、在横梁上安装钢丝绳并用行车起吊作业。本发明过横梁上多孔设计,使得该吊转子工具可以使用在多种跨距下的汽轮机机型上,减少汽轮机厂家的设计制造成本,再加上工具使用的多样性,可以批量生产,因而能有效降低生产成本,提高经济效益,促进生产设计创新。
