The structural weight and the driving torque are reduced, and synchronous folding and unfolding of the undercarriage driven by a single steering engine are realized; the supporting structure is used for supporting the tilting dual-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle to stand on the ground, so that the supporting structure becomes a main force bearing object, the torque requirement for the driving steering engine is reduced, and the tilting dual-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle can take off and land from the ground. And the driving structure is used for folding and unfolding the supporting structure, the supporting structure is folded during take-off and unfolded during landing, and the rotors are prevented from interfering with the undercarriage during maneuvering flight of the tilting dual-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle.
本发明公开了一种倾转双旋翼无人机用可收放起落架装置及其优化方法,该起落架装置通过一个舵机同步操纵四个起落架支撑腿的收放,从而实现无人机的起降需求,该可收放起落架装置包括支撑结构和驱动结构,满足同步控制需求,减少结构重量和驱动力矩,实现单个舵机驱动起落架的同步收放;支撑结构用于支撑倾转双旋翼无人机立于地面,使支撑结构成为主要承力对象,降低对驱动舵机的扭矩需求,实现倾转双旋翼无人机从地面起降。驱动结构用于对支撑结构进行收放,在起飞时收起支撑结构,在降落时放下,防止倾转双旋翼无人机机动飞行时旋翼与起落架发生干涉。
