    本发明公开了一种柔性太阳翼柔性压紧泡沫增摩胶接组合体及其制备方法,包括太阳翼箱板结构、柔性泡沫、聚酰亚胺膜;柔性泡沫胶粘接在太阳翼箱板结构上,且设置于太阳翼箱板结构和聚酰亚胺膜之间;聚酰亚胺膜的外周胶粘接在太阳翼箱板结构上,且包裹柔性泡沫的外侧面,使太阳翼箱板柔性压紧泡沫增摩胶接组合体具有自密封功能,在真空状态下,聚酰亚胺膜在柔性泡沫的一侧施加压紧力,将柔性泡沫朝向太阳翼箱板结构压紧。泡沫胶接前尺寸稳定化处理,优化尺寸稳定性。泡沫外形尺寸与电池片粘贴尺寸匹配,泡沫离散式胶接优化为满涂,有效保证全部电池片柔性压紧,规避了泡沫移位风险。聚酰亚胺膜胶接区域精细化控制,确保强边界约束条件下胶接质量。
