The invention provides a rib and beam structure of an aircraft wing, a glue joint structure wing box and an assembling method.The rib structure comprises a front edge rib part, a middle rib part and a rear edge rib part, the front edge rib part is connected with the rear edge rib part through the middle rib part, two front open grooves are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the connecting position of the front edge rib part and the middle rib part correspondingly, and the front open grooves are connected with the front edge rib part through the middle rib part; two rear open grooves are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the joint of the rear edge rib part and the middle rib part respectively; wherein the two front open grooves are connected with a front beam of an aircraft wing, the two rear open grooves are connected with a rear beam of the aircraft wing, the wing rib is not disconnected at the interface of the wing rib and the wing beam, so that assembly and connection of the rib and the beam are simplified, the rib, the beam and the wall plate are connected in a glue joint mode, and a simple and convenient wing box assembly and connection structure is easily formed.

    本发明提供了一种飞机机翼的肋、梁结构、胶接结构翼盒及装配方法,所述肋结构包括前缘肋部、中间肋部和后缘肋部,所述前缘肋部通过中间肋部连接后缘肋部,所述前缘肋部与中间肋部连接处两侧分别对称设有两个前开槽,所述后缘肋部与中间肋部连接处两侧分别对称设有两个后开槽;其中,两个前开槽与飞机机翼的前梁连接,两个后开槽与飞机机翼的后梁连接,本发明翼肋在与翼梁交界面处未断开,从而简化了肋和梁的装配和连接,所述的肋、梁与壁板采用胶接方式进行连接,易形成简便的翼盒装配和连接结构。
