The method comprises the steps that a cabin is built, the cabin comprises a front cabin and a rear cabin, and a base is arranged in the front cabin; the jacking platform is hoisted into the front cabin in advance, and the jacking platform is installed on one side of the base; meanwhile, the transition frame is hoisted into a front cabin; the to-be-installed equipment is connected with the rolling transfer part, and the to-be-installed equipment and the rolling transfer part are integrally hoisted into the rear cabin; the jacking platform is used for dragging the equipment to be mounted to enter the front cabin from the rear cabin; the rolling transfer part is lowered to be located at the same height as the transition frame and the base through the jacking platform; and the to-be-installed equipment is pulled to the base through the transition frame. The lightering mode can reduce the labor intensity of constructors and improve the ship building efficiency.
本发明提供一种船用大型设备驳运方法包括:搭建船舱,船舱包括前机舱和后机舱,前机舱内设有基座;预先将顶升平台吊装入前机舱内,并将顶升平台安装于基座的一侧;同时将过渡架吊装入前机舱;将待安装设备与滚动移载件连接,并将待安装设备和滚动移载件整体吊入后机舱内;牵引待安装设备从后机舱进入至前机舱内的顶升平台;通过顶升平台将滚动移载件降至与过渡架、基座位于同一高度;牵引待安装设备通过过渡架至基座。上述驳运方式能够降低施工人员劳动强度,提高船舶建造效率。
