The invention provides a power parameter determination method, a vehicle and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of automobiles. The method comprises the steps that in the vehicle driving process, driving parameters of the vehicle are acquired; when it is determined that the driving state of the vehicle is a braking state according to the driving parameters, the current vehicle speed of the vehicle is determined; determining a system maximum available brake torque of the vehicle based on the vehicle speed, wherein the system maximum available brake torque comprises a hydraulic brake torque and a motor maximum brake torque allowed to be used by the vehicle; an actual braking power ratio of the vehicle is determined based on the driving parameter and the system maximum available braking torque. Thus, when the actual braking power proportion of the vehicle is determined, the influence of the hydraulic braking torque on the actual braking process of the vehicle in the braking process is considered, the corresponding actual braking power proportion in the braking process of the vehicle is reflected more truly, and the actual braking power proportion obtained through calculation is more reasonable and accurate.
