The invention relates to a braking system and a braking method, and relates to the technical field of vehicle braking. The system comprises an oil pot, a brake pedal assembly, a brake master cylinder and a booster cylinder, the oil pot comprises a first liquid level sensor which is arranged at a first position of the oil pot, and when the liquid level of brake fluid is lower than the first position, the first liquid level sensor is used for obtaining liquid level information and sending the liquid level information to an electronic control unit; the brake pedal assembly comprises a stroke sensor used for obtaining pedal stroke information. The brake master cylinder comprises a pressure sensor used for obtaining brake hydraulic pressure information. The booster cylinder is used for building pressure according to the pedal travel information; the electronic control unit is used for acquiring pedal travel information and brake hydraulic pressure information and generating a relation curve of hydraulic pressure and travel; a sensor and a controller of a braking system are designed, the power assisting function is reasonably kept or quitted according to the relation curve change of hydraulic pressure and the stroke, and the stability and safety of the whole vehicle braking process are improved.

    本发明涉及制动系统及制动方法,涉及车辆制动技术领域。该系统包括油壶、制动踏板组件、制动主缸及助力缸,油壶包括第一液位传感器,设置在油壶的第一位置,当制动液的液位低于第一位置时,用于获取液位信息并发送至电子控制单元;制动踏板组件包括行程传感器,用于获取踏板行程信息;制动主缸包括压力传感器,用于获取制动液压信息;助力缸用于根据踏板行程信息进行建压;电子控制单元用于获取踏板行程信息及制动液压信息,并生成液压与行程的关系曲线;通过设计制动系统的传感器和控制器,根据液压与行程的关系曲线变化,合理的保持或退出助力功能,提高整车制动过程的稳定性与安全性。
