The invention provides a braking system and a tracked vehicle, relates to the technical field of vehicles, and aims to solve the technical problems of large weight and large occupied space of the braking system of the tracked vehicle. The braking system comprises an oil supply subsystem, a first proportional electromagnetic valve, a differential supercharger, a first electromagnetic valve and an actuator used for controlling a brake which are in fluid connection in sequence, and the differential supercharger is connected with the actuator through a first oil way; the braking system further comprises a first energy accumulator which is connected to the portion, located between the first electromagnetic valve and the actuator, of the first oil way through a second oil way. When the braking system is in a service braking mode, the differential supercharger is in fluid connection with the actuator, and the first energy accumulator is disconnected from fluid of the first oil way. When the braking system is in a parking braking mode, the differential supercharger is in fluid disconnection with the actuator, and the first energy accumulator is in fluid connection with the actuator. The braking system is used for braking the tracked vehicle and is compact in structure, small in occupied space and high in reliability.
