The target discharge strategy is generated by confirming the protection mileage of the vehicle before discharge and comparing the remaining mileage of the vehicle with the protection mileage of the vehicle, discharge can be ensured under the condition of the protection mileage of the vehicle, and the problem that the subsequent travel is affected by excessive discharge is avoided.
