The cooperative control method for rigidity and damping comprises the steps that an acceleration signal of a vehicle is obtained, and whether the vehicle is in an unstable state of vehicle body shaking or not is judged according to the acceleration signal; calculating required damping of the vehicle according to the acceleration signal; when the vehicle is in an unstable state, the damping-adjustable shock absorber is controlled to operate according to the required damping, the rigidity-adjustable spring is controlled to operate according to the preset high-rigidity mode, and cooperative control over the rigidity and damping of the system is achieved.
