The stator comprises a pole-distance-variable stator upper part and a pole-distance-variable stator lower part; the pole-distance-variable stator upper portion and the pole-distance-variable stator lower portion are oppositely arranged in a back-to-back mode, the pole-distance-variable stator upper portion is arranged above the pole-distance-variable stator lower portion, and the pole distance of the stator layer of the pole-distance-variable stator upper portion and the pole distance of the stator layer of the pole-distance-variable stator lower portion are adjustable. The pole distance variable stator upper part and the pole distance variable stator lower part are mounted on a group of brackets; and the bottom of the rotor is arranged between the pole distance variable stator upper part and the pole distance variable stator lower part.
