The invention relates to a gravity compensation device, in particular to a pole distance variable type magnetic suspension gravity compensation device which aims at solving the problem that parameters of an existing traditional gravity compensation device cannot be adjusted and comprises a rotor, a stator and a set of supports. The stator comprises a pole-distance-variable stator upper part and a pole-distance-variable stator lower part; the pole-distance-variable stator upper portion and the pole-distance-variable stator lower portion are oppositely arranged in a back-to-back mode, the pole-distance-variable stator upper portion is arranged above the pole-distance-variable stator lower portion, and the pole distance of the stator layer of the pole-distance-variable stator upper portion and the pole distance of the stator layer of the pole-distance-variable stator lower portion are adjustable. The pole distance variable stator upper part and the pole distance variable stator lower part are mounted on a group of brackets; and the bottom of the rotor is arranged between the pole distance variable stator upper part and the pole distance variable stator lower part. The invention belongs to the technical field of magnetic suspension.
