The invention provides a railway vehicle storage battery input control circuit and a railway vehicle, the circuit comprises a storage battery pack, a storage battery management system, an input control circuit, an auxiliary holding circuit and a storage battery input circuit, the input control circuit comprises an input contactor branch and a state relay branch which are connected in parallel, the input contactor branch comprises an input contactor, the state relay branch comprises a state relay, the auxiliary holding circuit comprises an auxiliary normally open contact and an auxiliary holding relay which are connected in series, the storage battery input circuit comprises an input normally open contact, and the input contactor is used for controlling the auxiliary normally open contact and the input normally open contact to act. The storage battery management system is connected with the storage battery pack and used for controlling the state relay to be powered off under the condition that the storage battery pack breaks down. The method and the device are used for overcoming the defect that batteries are damaged due to the fact that a storage battery pack is rationally put into use without a detection state in the prior art, and safe putting and operation of the storage battery pack are achieved.

    本发明提供一种轨道车辆蓄电池投入控制电路及轨道车辆,该电路包括:蓄电池组、蓄电池管理系统、投入控制电路、辅助保持电路和蓄电池投入电路,投入控制电路包括:并联的投入接触器支路和状态继电器支路,投入接触器支路包括:投入接触器,状态继电器支路包括:状态继电器,辅助保持电路包括:串联的辅助常开触点和辅助保持继电器,蓄电池投入电路包括:投入常开触点,投入接触器用于控制辅助常开触点和投入常开触点动作,蓄电池管理系统与蓄电池组连接,蓄电池管理系统用于在蓄电池组故障的情况下控制状态继电器断电。用以解决现有技术中蓄电池组在没有检测状态的情况下贸然投入使用造成电池损坏的缺陷,实现蓄电池组的安全投入及运行。
