The invention provides a rail vehicle pantograph control circuit and a rail vehicle, and the control circuit comprises a pantograph raising solenoid valve which raises a pantograph when the pantograph raising solenoid valve is powered on and drops the pantograph when the pantograph raising solenoid valve is powered off; a normally open contact correspondingly controlled by the pantograph rising relay, a normally closed contact correspondingly controlled by the pantograph falling relay and the pantograph rising electromagnetic valve are connected in series in a power supply circuit of the pantograph rising electromagnetic valve; and a normally open contact correspondingly controlled by the pantograph rising permitting relay is connected in parallel with a normally closed contact correspondingly controlled by the pantograph falling relay. A pantograph rising bypass circuit is formed by the normally open contacts correspondingly controlled by the pantograph rising relay, and emergency pantograph rising is achieved through bypass pantograph rising measures when the faults that the normally closed contacts of the pantograph falling relay cannot be kept normally closed and the pantograph rising enable circuit fails and consequently the normally open contacts of the pantograph rising enable relay cannot be closed occur.

    本发明提供一种轨道车辆受电弓控制电路、轨道车辆,所述控制电路包括:升弓电磁阀,所述升弓电磁阀在得电时升弓且在失电时降弓;升弓继电器和降弓继电器,所述升弓继电器对应控制的常开触点、所述降弓继电器对应控制的常闭触点和所述升弓电磁阀串联在所述升弓电磁阀的供电电路中;允许升弓继电器,所述允许升弓继电器对应控制的常开触点与所述降弓继电器对应控制的常闭触点并联。通过允许升弓继电器对应控制的常开触点构成了升弓旁路电路,在降弓继电器常闭触点出现无法保持常闭、升弓使能电路故障导致升弓使能继电器常开触点无法闭合的故障时,通过该旁路升弓措施,实现应急升弓。
