The device comprises a main valve, a telescopic oil cylinder, a balance valve and a hydraulic control one-way valve, the balance valve is connected between a first reversing port of the main valve and a rodless cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder, a second reversing port of the main valve is connected with a forward oil inlet of the hydraulic control one-way valve, and a third reversing port of the main valve is connected with a backward oil inlet of the hydraulic control one-way valve. A forward oil outlet of the hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with a rod cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder, and a control oil port of the hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with a first reversing port of the main valve. The hydraulic control one-way valve is additionally arranged, so that the rod cavity from the main valve to the telescopic oil cylinder is in a one-way conduction state, when a vehicle runs, pressure in the rod cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder is locked, oil in the rod cavity and a rodless cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder does not change, and even if the vehicle suddenly brakes and a suspension arm is subjected to inertia force, the hydraulic control one-way valve can be locked. And the telescopic oil cylinder cannot cause the phenomenon that the suspension arm moves outwards under the driving of inertia force.

    本发明公开了一种适用于小吨位起重机的防吊臂外窜装置,包括有主阀、伸缩油缸、平衡阀和液控单向阀,平衡阀连接于主阀的第一换向口与伸缩油缸的无杆腔之间,主阀的第二换向口与液控单向阀的正向进油口连接,液控单向阀的正向出油口与伸缩油缸的有杆腔连接,液控单向阀的控制油口与主阀的第一换向口连接。本发明通过增设液控单向阀,使得主阀至伸缩油缸的有杆腔为单向导通状态,在车辆行驶时,锁住伸缩油缸有杆腔内的压力,使得伸缩油缸有杆腔和无杆腔内的油液均不发生变化,即使车辆在突然刹车工况下、吊臂受到惯性力时,伸缩油缸也不会在惯性力的驱动下导致吊臂发生外窜现象。
