The invention relates to a suspension joint suitable for a large-tonnage suspension crane, which comprises a net rack lower chord ball, a ball lower support, a connecting rod module and a transition steel beam which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, and the transition steel beam is used for being connected with a crane track beam in a suspension manner and connected with an external lateral force resisting component; the connecting rod module comprises a connecting rod assembly and an elastic assembly. The two ends of the connecting rod assembly are connected with the lower ball support and the transition steel beam correspondingly. The elastic assemblies are arranged between the connecting rod assembly and the ball lower support and between the connecting rod assembly and the transition steel beam. Compared with the prior art, the connecting rod assembly has certain dangling capacity through the elastic assembly, the horizontal constraint of the suspension joint is greatly released, the suspension joint only bears vertical force or mainly bears the vertical force, the horizontal force is transmitted through the arranged transition steel beam, and therefore the suspension joint is more stable and reliable. On the whole, the stress level of the suspension joint and the structure above the suspension joint is effectively controlled or improved, and large-tonnage suspension can be achieved.

    本发明涉及一种适用于大吨位悬挂起重机的悬挂节点,包括从上往下依次连接的网架下弦球、球下支架、连杆模块和过渡钢梁,其中:过渡钢梁用于悬挂连接起重机轨道梁,并且连接外部抗侧力构件;连杆模块包括连杆组件和弹性组件,连杆组件的两端分别连接球下支架和过渡钢梁;弹性组件设置于连杆组件和球下支架之间,以及设置于连杆组件和过渡钢梁之间。与现有技术相比,本发明通过弹性组件使其中的连杆组件具有一定的悬摆能力,大大释放了悬挂节点的水平约束,使悬挂节点仅承受竖向力或主要承受竖向力,而水平力则是通过设置的过渡钢梁来传递,总体上使悬挂节点及悬挂节点以上结构的应力水平得到有效控制或改善,可以实现大吨位悬挂。
