A universal aircraft engine tail jet lifting tool comprises a bottom frame mechanism, a shear shank mechanism, a lifting power mechanism, a non-return mechanism, a pitching mechanism, a portal frame mechanism, a binding positioning mechanism and a proximity sensing mechanism, and the lifting power mechanism drives the shear shank mechanism to ascend and descend on the bottom frame mechanism. The pitching mechanism comprises a fifth frame and a sixth frame which are arranged at intervals inside and outside. The portal frame mechanism comprises a portal frame, a wood support assembly and a reducing assembly, the wood support assembly comprises a fixed wood support and a movable wood support which are arranged at an interval, the tops of the fixed wood support and the movable wood support are both arranged in an arc surface mode, and the reducing assembly drives the movable wood support to move to or approach the fixed wood support, so that reducing is achieved; and a plurality of rollers are rotationally arranged on the top arc surfaces of the fixed wood support and the movable wood support in a semi-embedded manner. The tail jet bracket can be lifted, pitched, variable in diameter and capable of adjusting the steering direction of the tail jet, is suitable for lifting engine tail jets of aircrafts of different models in the disassembly and assembly work, and is high in applicability, time-saving, labor-saving, high in precision and high in efficiency.
