The invention relates to a general lifting tool and method for a diesel engine cylinder cover, a plurality of vertical holes and horizontal holes for lifting are distributed on the cylinder cover, the general lifting tool comprises a lifting rod body and a lifting lug part, the lifting rod body comprises a main rod body and a secondary rod body which are connected along the longitudinal direction, the main rod body and the secondary rod body are cylinders, and the lifting lug part is arranged on the main rod body and the secondary rod body. The diameter of the secondary rod body is smaller than that of the main rod body, the lifting lug part is arranged at the upper part of the center of the lifting rod body and comprises a lifting lug and a lifting hole, the lifting lug protrudes upwards from the lifting rod body and is connected with the lifting rod body into a whole, and the lifting hole is formed in the center of the lifting lug; the method comprises the following steps: selecting horizontal holes or vertical holes symmetrically distributed on a cylinder cover, taking a general hoisting tool with the diameter of a main rod body or a secondary rod body corresponding to the diameter of the vertical hole or the horizontal hole, inserting a hoisting rod body into the horizontal hole, or horizontally and crossly supporting the hoisting rod body below the vertical hole, so that a top edge line is attached to the end surface of the cylinder cover, and hoisting the cylinder cover; and then the cylinder cover is lifted in a balanced manner by using the lifting appliance. The lifting tool is universally used for lifting cylinder covers with two different hole diameters, and the effects of improving the operation efficiency, reducing the production cost and guaranteeing the safety and the quality are achieved.

    一种用于柴油机气缸盖的通用起吊工装及方法,该气缸盖上分布有多个用于起吊的垂直孔和水平孔,通用起吊工装包括吊棒体和吊耳部,其中,吊棒体包括沿纵向连接的主棒体和次棒体,该主棒体和次棒体为圆柱体,次棒体的直径小于主棒体的直径,吊耳部设置于吊棒体中央的上部,包括有吊耳和吊孔,该吊耳由吊棒体向上凸起且与该吊棒体连接为一体,吊孔设置于该吊耳的中心;选择气缸盖上对称分布的水平孔或垂直孔,取用主棒体或次棒体的直径与该垂直孔或水平孔相对应的通用起吊工装,将吊棒体插入水平孔,或者将吊棒体水平地横担于垂直孔的下方,使顶缘线与气缸盖端面贴合,再用吊具将气缸盖平衡地吊起。本发明通用于两种不同孔径气缸盖的起吊,达到了提高作业效率、降低生产成本、保障安全和质量的效果。
